Review and Changes to Documents and Information. The School District shall review all Material Testing Consultant logs, tests, reports, tables, figures, photographs, exhibits, certifications or other documents and other information prepared and submitted by the Material Testing Consultant to the School District under this Contract, and shall advise the Material Testing Consultant of any suggested changes, comments or recommendations thereto in a timely manner so as to cause no delay to the Material Testing Consultant.
