Common use of Review and Changes Clause in Contracts

Review and Changes. Commencing in the fourth year of any five year funding cycle, the Directors will initiate a review of the arrangements for funding, the adequacy of such funding, and any lessons learned, in the current period, and if they consider that adjustments are appropriate and will require a change to this Constitution Agreement will initiate changes to these arrangements in accordance with Schedule 5.
