Common use of Review and Recommendation Clause in Contracts

Review and Recommendation. under Chapter 1 7 1. The Parties recognise that certain co-operation between parties, one or both of whom are entities in their respective territories other than the governments of the Parties, could contribute to trade and investment promotion between the Parties. Such co-operation shall be specified in the Implementing Agreement. 2. The Parties shall review the co-operation set forth in paragraph 1 above and, where appropriate, recommend ways or areas of further co-operation between the parties to such co- operation.
