Common use of Review and Renegotiation Clause in Contracts

Review and Renegotiation. The parties agree the Consultative Committee will review the Agreement every six months, or as necessary from time to time and shall commence negotiations no earlier than six months prior to the nominal date of expiry of this Agreement with a view to reaching agreement on the terms of a new Enterprise Agreement.
