Review and Revocation. (a) Altschuler hereby acknowledges, understands and agrees that: (i) Altschuler may have, and has had, at least 21 days after receipt of ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ment within which he may review and consider it, discuss it with an attorney of his own choosing, and decide to execute or not execute this Agreement; by execution of this Agreement; Altschuler waives any claim that he has not received the full 21 day ▇▇▇▇▇▇ acknowledges that▇▇riod; (ii) Altschuler has seven days after the execution of this Agreement with▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇e may revoke this Agreement; provided, before signing however, that his exercise of any of the options identified under the column "Additional Vesting Pursuant to this Agreement" in Schedule II or any other exercise of his rights under this Agreement during such seven-day period, will be deemed a waiver of such revocation right; (iii) In order to revoke this Agreement, she was given a period of twenty-one (21) days in which Altschuler must deliver to consider it. the Company, Attn: Clare M. Carmichael, V▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ent, Human Resources, on or before s▇▇▇▇ further acknowledges that: (a) she took advantage of this period to consider this Agreement before signing it; (b) she has carefully read this Agreement, and each of its provisions; (c) if she initially did not think any representation she is making in this Agreement was true, or if she initially was uncomfortable making it, she resolved all of her doubts and concerns before signing this Agreement; (d) ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ fully understands what the ▇▇▇ execution of this Agreement, and each a letter stating that he is revoking this Agreement; and (iv) This Agreement shall not become effective or enforceable until after the expiration of its provisions, means; and seven days following the date Altschuler executes this Agreement. (eb) she is entering into the Agreement, and each of its provisions, knowingly and voluntarily. MG encourages The parti▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ to discuss ▇hey have read and understand this Agreement, and each of its provisionsthat they affix their signatures hereto voluntarily and without coercion. Altschuler further acknowledges that he has had or has waived his ri▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇e at least 21 days within which to consider this Agreement, that he was advised by the Company to consult with an attorney before signing it. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ acknowledges of his own choosing concerning the waivers contained in and the terms of this Agreement, and that she sought such advice the waivers he has made and the terms he has agreed to the extent herein are knowing, conscious and with full appreciation that he deemed appropriate. If ▇▇▇▇▇▇ signs this Agreement before the end is forever foreclosed from pursuing any of the twenty-one (21) day period, it will be her voluntary decision to do rights so because she has decided that she does not need any additional time to decide whether to sign this Agreementwaived. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ also understands that she does not have more than twenty-one (21) days to sign this Agreement.
