Review and Termination. 5.1 The Memorandum of Understanding will be reviewed one year from commencement and annually thereafter should it continue. 5.2 The Memorandum of Understanding is an expression of shared aims and commitments. The Memorandum of Understanding is not a legally binding document and as such, any party can terminate their participation in the Partnership at any time.
