Within six (6) months of MOA execution, and in accordance with Stipulation II, D&SNGR shall submit draft designs for each proposed interpretive sign to the Signatories and Consulting Parties for a thirty (30) day review and comment period. The draft designs will include the proposed text and graphics for each sign in addition to details on sign materials and proposed installation location. b.
