Review, Approval, and Distribution of Deliverables a. Within twelve (12) months of MOA execution, and in accordance with Stipulation II, D&SNGR shall submit a draft narration script, for the relevant portion of the production, to the Signatories and Consulting Parties for a thirty (30) day review and comment period. b. If Signatories or Consulting Parties request substantial revisions, D&SNGR shall work with those parties to address requests within thirty (30) days of receipt. c. Within eighteen (18) months of MOA execution, D&SNGR shall transmit a copy of the final production to the Signatories and Consulting parties through the method preferred by each party10.
