Common use of Review of Additional Rent Clause in Contracts

Review of Additional Rent. Any payment made by the Landlord or made by the Sub-landlord or Sub-Tenant and accepted by the Landlord in respect or any adjustment made pursuant to Article 4.05 shall be without prejudice to the right of the Landlord or the Sub-Tenant to claim a readjustment, provided such claim is made within twelve (12) months from the date of delivery of the statement referred to in Article 4.
