Review of Contract Extension. On or before August 1, 2020, unless this Agreement has been terminated as provided herein, the Attorney will give the City a proposal for a two (2) year extension provided for in Section 3. The City shall respond by November 31, 2020. With the mutual agreement of the parties, compensation and other contract terms may be adjusted for future years.
