Review of Meeting Documentation. During the Design Phase, the Program Manager will prepare and distribute meeting agendas, and meeting minutes. The Design-Build Firm shall prior to each meeting, assist Program Manager with the development of the meeting agenda, and upon receiving the Program Manager s’ minutes of each meeting, the Design-Build Firm shall promptly review the meeting minutes and submit to the Program Manager any comments to such meeting minutes by the end of the second business day after receipt of such meeting minutes, failing in which such meeting minutes shall be deemed an accurate record of the decisions, action items and other outcomes of the meeting.
