Common use of Review of Process Clause in Contracts

Review of Process. Aradigm shall have the right, upon written notice to Reddy and following execution and delivery of a Common Interest, Non-Waiver of Privilege and Confidentiality Agreement, to review, from time to time, through independent United States patent counsel for each party, Reddy’s process for the manufacture of the bulk form of the Drug Substance to ensure that such process does not infringe the valid rights of any third parties.
