Review of Submittals and Requests for Information Clause Samples

The 'Review of Submittals and Requests for Information' clause outlines the process by which a party, typically the project owner or architect, examines documents, drawings, or questions submitted by the contractor for approval or clarification. This clause details the timelines and procedures for submitting materials such as shop drawings or RFIs, and specifies how responses or approvals are communicated. Its core function is to ensure that all project participants are aligned on technical details and requirements, thereby minimizing misunderstandings and delays during construction.
