Common use of Review of Title Records Clause in Contracts

Review of Title Records. Prior to execution and delivery of this Agreement, Seller has made available for Buyer’s review, Records in Seller’s possession relating to title to the Acquired Properties. Buyer has informed Seller that it has undertaken a review of all such Records and is also conducting such independent examinations and investigations as it deems appropriate with respect to the Acquired Properties.

Buyer has informed Seller represents and warrants that it has undertaken a review of all such Records and is has also conducting conducted such independent examinations and investigations as it deems appropriate with respect to the Acquired Properties.
