Review Tool Clause Samples

The Review Tool clause establishes the use of a specific software or platform for reviewing, commenting on, and tracking changes to documents or deliverables during a project. Typically, it requires all parties to use the designated tool for submitting feedback, making revisions, and maintaining a record of communications related to document review. By centralizing the review process, this clause ensures transparency, streamlines collaboration, and reduces the risk of miscommunication or lost feedback.
