Reviewing, amending or updating the Plan. 1 The Director-General will assist the Board to review, amend or update the Plan, in accordance with the Act, and will make recommendations to the Board about appropriate amendments to the Plan. This sub-clause does not prevent the Director-General from recommending amendments at any other time to the Board.
