Common use of Reviews of Security Documentation Clause in Contracts

Reviews of Security Documentation. Google will make the following available for review by Customer: (a) the certificate issued in relation to Google’s ISO 27001 Certification; (b) the then-current SOC 3 Report; (c) a summary or redacted version of the then-current confidential SOC 2 Report; and (d) following a request by Customer in accordance with Section 6.5.4 below, the then-current confidential SOC 2 Report.
