Common use of Revised Definitions Clause in Contracts

Revised Definitions. For all purposes of this Supplemental Indenture, except as otherwise expressly provided herein and subject to Section 103 of this Supplemental Indenture, the defined terms listed below shall have the meanings ascribed thereto below. For the avoidance of doubt, any capitalized terms used in Section 1017(a) shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in Section 103 of this Supplemental Indenture, and to the extent any such term is also defined in this Section 102, the definition contained in this Section 102 shall not apply to such term as used in Section 1017(a);
