(ii) Capital Novus shall be under no obligation to revise or update the Products at any time.

Revisions and Updates. Priority Solutions may, from time to time revise or update the Product, and any revisions or updates may, at Priority Solutions’ sole discretion, be furnished to Customer during the term of this Agreement. If Customer fails to implement such a revision or update within 60-days of Priority Solutions providing it to Customer, Priority Solutions may, at its option, terminate this Agreement for cause if in Priority Solutions’ sole opinion it considers the revision or update critical to the safe and proper functioning of the Product, and if Priority Solutions gives notice to Customer that Customer’s continued failure to implement such revision or update within 30-days of such notice will result in Priority Solutions terminating the Agreement pursuant to this provision.
