Common use of Revisions During Installation Clause in Contracts

Revisions During Installation. The Site Plan includes an elevation view of the Work, with dimensions and weight. Artist shall use reasonable efforts to create and install the Work in accordance with the Model and the approved Site Plan, but City acknowledges and agrees that refinement may be necessary during creation and installation to accommodate site conditions. Artist may make necessary design modifications as fabrication of the Work progresses; provided, however, any material modifications must first be approved by City, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld, so long as the Work’s general concepts and materials remain substantially the same. When considering any proposed material modifications, the City will consult with AiPP. If AiPP does not approve of any proposed modifications, then it shall be reasonable for the City to decline to approve such modification(s).
