Common use of Revisions to the OANDA API Clause in Contracts

Revisions to the OANDA API. OANDA may, from time-to-time, provide Licensee with revisions to the Licensed Materials (the “Revised Licensed Materials”). Licensee shall discontinue its use of all prior versions of the Licensed Materials in favor of the Revised Licensed Materials. While it is OANDA’s intention that the Revised Licensed Materials shall be backward-compatible with the immediately prior version of the Licensed Materials, OANDA does not guarantee or warrant that this shall be so, and OANDA shall have no liability whatsoever to the Licensee for any failure of the Revised Licensed Materials to be backward-compatible with any prior version of the Licensed Materials.
