Common use of Revisions to Work and Documents Clause in Contracts

Revisions to Work and Documents. The Commissioning Agent shall make revisions in commissioning plans, specifications, reports, logs, checklists, or other documents produced for the Project, at no additional cost to the School District, whenever such revisions are required by reason of the documents for the Project being inconsistent with the approvals or instructions previously given by the School District, or such revisions are due to causes solely within the control of the Commissioning Agent. The School District has the right to inspect the Work of the Commissioning Agent and its Subconsultants in progress at any reasonable location and at any reasonable time. The Commissioning Agent shall revise its Work, at no cost to the School District, in accordance with the written directives of the School District’s designated representatives, provided such directives are not inconsistent with previous approvals or instructions.
