Common use of Revocation of Dining Plan only Clause in Contracts

Revocation of Dining Plan only. In extremely uncommon circumstances University may revoke the Licensee’s dining plan only for conditions per Section 16-Revocation of License and Licensee may be subject to fees that could range from the full Fee Period of Licensee to a $150 cancellation fee and 30 days’ dining plan fees at actual rate.
