Common use of Revocation of Notice Clause in Contracts

Revocation of Notice. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, any Optional Prepayment Notice provided under Section 2.05(a)(i) may state that it is conditioned upon the occurrence or non-occurrence of any event specified therein (including the effectiveness of other credit facilities), in which case such Optional Prepayment Notice may be revoked or extended by the Borrower (by written notice to the Administrative Agent on or prior to the specified effective date) if such condition is not satisfied.
