Common use of Revocation Period Clause in Contracts

Revocation Period. Employee understands and acknowledges that he has seven (7) calendar days following the execution of this Release to revoke his acceptance of this Release. This Release will not become effective or enforceable, and the payments and benefits described under Section 10 or Section 11 will not become payable, until after this revocation period has expired without his revocation. If Employee does not revoke the Release within the revocation period, the Company will commence the payments and benefits described under Section 10 or Section 11 of the Agreement within ten (10) days after the revocation period’s expiration date.
