Common use of Revocation Period Clause in Contracts

Revocation Period. Executive understands that Executive has the right to revoke this Agreement at any time within seven (7) days after Executive signs it and that the Agreement shall not become effective or enforceable until this revocation period has expired without revocation.

Revocation Period. The Company and Executive understands acknowledge that Executive has the right to revoke this Agreement at any time within seven (7) calendar days after following the date Executive signs it and that this Agreement (“revocation period”).
