Revocation Right. Notwithstanding the initial effectiveness of this Confirming Release, Employee may revoke the delivery (and therefore the effectiveness) of this Confirming Release within the seven-day period beginning on the date Employee executes this Confirming Release (such seven day period being referred to herein as the “Confirming Release Revocation Period”).
