Revoke Other Proxies. Each Major SPAC Shareholder represents and warrants that any proxies or powers of attorney heretofore given in respect of the Subject Shares that may still be in effect are not irrevocable, and such proxies or powers of attorney have been or are hereby revoked, other than the voting and other arrangements under the SPAC Organizational Documents and the Insider Letter.
