Common use of Revolving Termination Date Clause in Contracts

Revolving Termination Date. The definition of "Revolving Termination Date" in Section 1 of the Credit Agreement is amended by deleting the date "September 15, 1998" therein and substituting therefor the date "May 30, 2000".

Revolving Termination Date. The definition of "Revolving Termination Date" in Section 1 of the Credit Agreement is amended by deleting the date "September 15May 30, 19982000" therein and substituting therefor the date "May 30December 15, 2000".

Revolving Termination Date. The definition of "Revolving Termination Date" in Section 1 1.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the deletion of the date "September 15December 8, 19982000" therein and substituting the substitution therefor of the date "May 30December 7, 20002001.".
