Common use of RF Emissions Clause in Contracts

RF Emissions. Company is solely responsible for the radio frequency ("RF") emissions emitted by its Small Wireless Facilities and associated Equipment and their compliance with applicable FCC rules. . Company is jointly responsible for ensuring RF exposure from its emissions, in combination with the emissions of all other contributing sources of RF emissions, is within the limits permitted under all applicable rules of the FCC. To the extent required by FCC rules, Company shall install appropriate signage to notify workers and third parties of the potential for exposure to RF emissions.
