Common use of RFG Contract Workers Clause in Contracts

RFG Contract Workers. Prior to the Closing Date, the Seller Parties shall have used commercially reasonable efforts to request all temporary staffing agencies that provide RFG Contract Workers to the RFG Business to pay all amounts due to all such RFG Contract Workers in respect of work performed prior to the Closing Date.
