Common use of Right and Title Clause in Contracts

Right and Title. Supplier shall have, throughout the applicable period of delivery of the Products and performance of the Services, free and clear title to, or the right to possess, use, sell, transfer, assign, license or sublicense, any and all Products that are sold, licensed or otherwise provided to Customer in connection with Supplier's performance under the Agreements.
