E.15.1 Where management is considering the introduction of major changes in production, Organisation structure or technology, and these changes could have significant effects on employees, and then management shall notify the ECC as early as practicable. E.15.2 In doing so, management shall provide the ECC with all relevant information about the change or changes. Management shall not be required to disclose information where the disclosure in the opinion of management would be adverse to the Company's interests.
