Right of Access to Information. To the extent that MODIVCARE is obligated by contract or by law to provide Individuals access to Protected Health Information in a Designated Record Set, Subcontractor will provide such access to MODIVCARE within five business days of MODIVCARE’s request. This right of access shall conform with and meet all of the requirements of 45 C.F.R. § 164.524.
Right of Access to Information. Business Associate agrees to provide access, at the request of Covered Entity, to protected health information in a Designated Record Set, either to the Covered Entity, or as directed by Covered Entity to an Individual. This right of access shall conform with and meet the requirements of 45 CFR 164.524, including substitution of the words “Covered Entity” with Business Associates where appropriate.
Right of Access to Information. The negotiating senior staff representative has the right to receive the same information as the company’s chief shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. If a company has no negoti- ating senior staff representative, then the senior staff representative is entitled to receive the information that must be submitted to the chief shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ re- ferred to in subsections 4 and 5 of section 6 of the Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Agreement for the Financial Sector if a chief shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ has been elected for the com- pany. Information is not provided for groups of fewer than six individuals. The senior staff representative has the right to receive the required information pertaining to the negotiations of a local agreement in good time before the ne- gotiations start. The employer shall review the general principles of the use of flexiwork at the workplace together with the senior staff representative. The senior staff representative has the right to be informed once a year of the hours used on competence development and training as referred to in section 6, subsection 9 of the collective labour agreement.

Right of Access to Information. BUSINESS ASSOCIATE hereby agrees to make available and provide a right of access to Information by an Individual. This right of access shall conform with and meet all of the requirements of 45 C.F.R. 164.524, including substitution of the words "Covered Entity" with BUSINESS ASSOCIATE where appropriate. BUSINESS ASSOCIATE agrees to provide access, at the request of COVERED ENTITY, to protected health information in a Designated Record Set, either to the COVERED ENTITY, or as directed by COVERED ENTITY to an Individual. This right of access shall conform with and meet the requirements of 45 CFR 164.524, including substitution of the words “COVERED ENTITY” with BUSINESS ASSOCIATES where appropriate.
Right of Access to Information. 1. The authorities preparing programmes and plans referred to in Article 4 above shall keep the Commission fully informed of the progress of their work at all times.
2. The Commission shall be informed of matters and decisions on which it has the right to give a statement or which it has the right to appeal so that the Commission is able to exercise the competence assigned to it in Article 11.
3. Courts of law and public authorities shall give the Commission, upon request, all the available information necessary for managing its functions.
Right of Access to Information. The VON recognizes the elected Union Officers and Representatives as advocates of the Nurses they represent. Union Representatives acting on behalf of Nurses will be permitted access to information in the Nurse's personnel file, with written authorization from the Nurse.
Right of Access to Information. 9.1 This clause 9 applies only where the Subcontractor is to provide services to the public on behalf of UNSW under the Agreement.
9.2 If this clause applies:
(a) the Subcontractor must, within 7 days of receiving a written request by UNSW, provide UNSW with immediate access to the following information contained in records held by the Subcontractor:
(i) information that relates directly to the performance of the Services provided to UNSW by the Subcontractor pursuant to the Agreement;
(ii) information collected by the Subcontractor from members of the public to whom it provides, or offers to provide, the services pursuant to the Agreement; and
(iii) information received by the Subcontractor from UNSW to enable it to provide the Services pursuant to the Agreement.
9.3 For the purposes of sub-clause 9.2(a), information does not include:
(a) information that discloses or would tend to disclose the Subcontractor’s financing arrangements, financial modelling, cost structure or profit margin;
(b) information that the Subcontractor is prohibited from disclosing to UNSW by provision made by or under any Act, whether of any State or Territory, or of the Commonwealth; or
(c) information that, if disclosed to UNSW, could reasonably be expected to place the Subcontractor at a substantial commercial disadvantage in relation to UNSW, whether at present or in the future.
9.4 The Subcontractor will provide copies of any of the information in sub-clause 9.2(a), as requested by UNSW, at the Subcontractor’s own expense.
9.5 Any failure by the Subcontractor to comply with any request pursuant to sub clause 9.2(a) or 9.4 will be considered a breach of an essential term and will allow UNSW to terminate the Agreement by providing notice in writing of its intention to do so with the termination to take effect 7 days after receipt of the notice. Once the Subcontractor receives the notice, if it fails to remedy the breach within the 7 day period to the satisfaction of UNSW, then the termination will take effect 7 days after receipt of the notice.
Right of Access to Information. At the request of Covered Entity, and in the reasonable time and manner designated by Covered Entity, Business Associate agrees to make available PHI in a Designated Record Set to Covered Entity as necessary to satisfy Covered Entity’s obligations under 45 CFR § 164.524. If an individual contacts Business Associate directly to request access, Business Associate shall notify Covered Entity immediately and Covered Entity shall respond to the individual’s request.
