Common use of Right of Audit by Citizens Clause in Contracts

Right of Audit by Citizens. Without limiting any other rights of Citizens herein, Citizens shall have the right to review Vendor’s privacy and security controls prior to the commencement of Services and from time to time during the term of this Agreement. Such review may include Citizens’ right, at its own expense and without notice, to perform (or have performed) an DocuSign Envelope ID: 0195FEFC-B298-4102-B5A5-E63C60616C46 on-site audit of Vendor’s privacy and security controls. In lieu of such an audit, Citizens may require Vendor to complete, within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt, an audit questionnaire provided by Citizens regarding Vendor's privacy and security programs.
