Right of Certificateholders to Receive Payments Not to Be Impaired. Anything in this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding but subject to each Trust Agreement, the right of any Certificateholder or any Liquidity Provider, respectively, to receive payments hereunder (including pursuant to Section 2.4, 3.2 or 3.3 hereof) when due, or to institute suit for the enforcement of any such payment on or after the applicable Distribution Date, shall not be impaired or affected without the consent of such Certificateholder or such Liquidity Provider, respectively.
