RIGHT OF EITHER. PARTY TO MAKE GOOD ANY DEFAULT OF THE OTHER. If default shall be made by either party in the performance of, or compliance with, any of the terms, covenants or conditions of this lease, and such default shall have continued for thirty (30) days after written notice thereof from one party to the other, the person aggrieved, in addition to all other remedies now or hereafter provided by law, may, but need not perform such term, covenant or condition, or make good such default and any amount advanced shall be repaid forthwith on demand, together with interest at the rate of 9% per annum from date of advance.

  • Right of Use 8.1 Unless otherwise stated in Appendix 7, the Customer may only use the released material for his own purposes and only to the extent that it is necessary to maintain and further develop the program’s functions as it can be considered guaranteed and assumed in the protected agreement, cf. Appendix 2.

  • First Right of Refusal If any Partner shall enter into an agreement to sell their ownership interest in the Partnership with an individual or entity that is not a current Partner, the following parties must be given a first right of refusal before such a transaction can take place:

  • Right of Refusal Vendor has the right not to sell to a TIPS Member under the awarded agreement at Vendor’s discretion unless otherwise required by law.

  • Right of Entry The Landlord shall have the right to enter the Premises during normal working hours by providing at least twenty-four (24) hours notice in order for inspection, make necessary repairs, alterations or improvements, to supply services as agreed or for any reasonable purpose. The Landlord may exhibit the Premises to prospective purchasers, mortgagees, or lessees upon reasonable notice.
