This Agreement shall be subject to the same right of examination by a stockholder of the Company in person or by agent or attorney, as are the books and records of the Company, and shall be subject to examination by any holder of a beneficial interest in the voting trust created by this Agreement, either in person or by agent or attorney, at any reasonable time for any proper purpose.
