Common use of Right of Exercise Clause in Contracts

Right of Exercise. Subject to the provisions hereof, each Registered Warrantholder may exercise the right conferred on such holder to subscribe for and purchase one (1) Warrant Share for each Warrant after the Issue Date and prior to the Expiry Time and in accordance with the conditions herein.

Right of Exercise. Subject to the provisions hereof, each Registered Warrantholder may exercise the right conferred on such holder to subscribe for and purchase one (1) Warrant Common Share for each Warrant after the Issue Date and prior to the Expiry Time and in accordance with the conditions herein.

Subject to the provisions hereof, each Registered Warrantholder may exercise the right conferred on such holder to subscribe for and purchase one (1) Warrant Share for each Warrant after the Issue Date and prior to the Expiry Time and in accordance with the conditions herein; provided however, that if a Warrant Certificate tendered for exercise bears the legend set forth in Section 2.8(1), such exercise must be permitted under the U.S. Securities Act and applicable state securities laws in accordance with the conditions set forth in Section 3.2(2).

Subject to the provisions hereof, each Registered Warrantholder may exercise the right conferred on such holder to subscribe for and purchase one (1) Warrant Common Share for each Warrant after the Issue Date and prior to the Expiry Time Time, subject to adjustment, and in accordance with the conditions herein; provided, however, that such exercise must be permitted under the U.S. Securities Act and under any applicable United States state securities laws.

Right of Exercise. Subject to the provisions hereof, each Registered Warrantholder may exercise the right conferred on such holder to subscribe for and purchase one (1) Warrant Share for each Warrant after the Issue Date and prior to the Expiry Time and in accordance with the conditions herein.

Subject to the provisions hereof, each Registered Warrantholder may exercise the right conferred on such holder to subscribe for and purchase one Common Share (1subject to adjustment in accordance with Article 4) Warrant Share for each Warrant after the Issue Date and prior to the Expiry Time and in accordance with the conditions herein.

Subject to the provisions hereof, each Registered Warrantholder may exercise the right conferred on such holder to subscribe for and purchase one (1) Warrant Share for each Warrant held by such Warrantholder after the Issue Date and prior to the Expiry Time and in accordance with the conditions herein.

Subject to the provisions hereof, each Registered Warrantholder may exercise the right conferred on such holder to subscribe for and purchase either: 1) one (1) Warrant Share and and one (1) Incentive Warrant for each Warrant after the Issue Date and prior to the Incentive Expiry Time; or 2) one (1) Warrant Share for each Warrant after the Issue Date Incentive Expiry Time and prior to the Expiry Time and in accordance with the conditions herein.

Right of Exercise. Subject to the provisions hereof, each Registered Warrantholder may exercise the right conferred on such holder to subscribe for and purchase purchase, subject to adjustment, one (1) Warrant Common Share for each Warrant after the Issue Date and prior to the Expiry Time and in accordance with the conditions herein.

Right of Exercise. Subject to the provisions hereofof this Indenture, each Registered Warrantholder may exercise the right conferred on such holder to subscribe for and purchase one (1) Warrant Share for each Warrant after the Issue Date and prior to the Expiry Time and in accordance with the conditions herein.
