Common use of Right of Exercise Clause in Contracts

Right of Exercise. Subject to the provisions hereof, each Warrant shall entitle the holder, from the Effective Date and prior to the Expiry Time, to subscribe for and purchase that number of Common Shares equal to the Exchange Rate, at a price per share equal to the Exercise Price, all in accordance with the terms hereof and the conditions herein.
