Right of Secured Party to Inspect. The secured party and any of his agents shall have the right to call at the debtor's place or places of business or any other place where the collateral may be located, at intervals to be determined by the secured party, to inspect the collateral and inspect, audit and copy any books and records of the debtor relating to the collateral or other transactions with the secured party.
