RIGHT OF THIRD PARTIES. Nothing in this Policy is intended to confer a direct enforceable benefit on any party other than the Insured Persons and the Company, whether pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance or otherwise. It is hereby noted and agreed, however, that the Company and the Insured Person named in the Schedule alone have the right to amend this Policy by agreement or (if any such rights exist in the Policy) to cancel or terminate the Policy, without giving notice, or requiring the consent of any other person.
