Right of Transfer. In the event that Sold Assets have not been transferred to Purchaser or the Purchaser’s Designee at Closing, Seller shall or shall cause the respective Selling Affiliate to, upon Purchaser’s request, transfer such Sold Assets to Purchaser for free.
