Common use of Right to Accelerate Clause in Contracts

Right to Accelerate. The failure of a Guarantor to make a payment on any of its ------------------- Obligations under its Security Guarantee by reason of any provision in this Article XII shall not be construed as preventing the occurrence of a default by such Guarantor under its Security Guarantee. Nothing in this Article XII shall have any effect on the right of the Securityholders or the Trustee to make a demand for payment on a Guarantor pursuant to Article XII.

Right to Accelerate.
