Common use of Right to Accept or Reject Clause in Contracts

Right to Accept or Reject. All pricing must remain in effect for the initial term of the contract. If the contract term is extended, H-GAC and Contractor will review unit prices and adjust based upon documented increases in costs. H-GAC reserves the right to accept or reject any price change request within thirty (30) days after receipt of the request.
