Right to Access. The County will be permitted access to, and entrance upon, the Property at all reasonable times upon reasonable advance notice, where 48 hours advance notice will be presumed reasonable. The Agency will allow the County access to its records, which will include, but are not limited to, the Agency’s financial statements. The Agency grants the County authority to make copies of any Agency records related to the Agency’s performance under this Funding Agreement.
