Common use of RIGHT TO AMEND Clause in Contracts

RIGHT TO AMEND. In the event that the Federal Aviation Administration or its successors requires modifications or changes in this Agreement as a condition precedent to the granting of its approval or to the obtaining of funds for improvements at the Airport, Company hereby consents to any and all such modifications and changes as may be reasonably required.

RIGHT TO AMEND. In If the event that the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration Administration, or its successors successor, requires modifications or changes in this Agreement as a condition precedent to the granting of its approval or to the obtaining of funds for improvements at the improvement of the Airport, Company hereby consents or otherwise, Licensee agrees to consent to those changes subject to any and all such modifications and additional changes as may be reasonably requiredto this Agreement required by equity.

In the event that the Federal Aviation Administration or its successors requires modifications or changes in this Agreement as a condition precedent to the granting of its approval or to the obtaining of funds for improvements at the improvement of the Airport, Company hereby consents or otherwise, the Contractor agrees to consent to such amendments, modifications, revisions, supplements, or deletions of any and all such modifications and changes of the terms, conditions, or requirements of this Agreement as may be reasonably required.

CONTRACTOR will notify CITY of additional charges which may apply as a result of these changes.

In the event that the federal Government, acting through The Federal Aviation Administration or its successors any other agency requires modifications or changes in this modification of the Agreement as a condition precedent to the granting of its approval or to the obtaining grant of funds for improvements at the Airportairport improvement, Company hereby consents Operator agrees to such modification and will execute any and all document reasonably required to provide evidence of such modifications and changes as may be reasonably requiredagreement.

In the event that the Federal Aviation Administration or its Transportation Security Administration or their successors requires require modifications or changes in this Agreement as a condition precedent to the granting of its approval or to the obtaining of funds for improvements at the improvement of Airport, Company hereby consents or otherwise, Provider agrees to consent to such amendments, modifications, revisions, supplements, or deletions of any and all such modifications and changes of the terms, conditions, or requirements of this Agreement, as may be reasonably required.

In the event that the Federal Aviation Administration or its successors requires modifications or changes in this Agreement Ground Lease as a condition precedent to the granting of its approval or to the obtaining of funds for improvements at the improvement of the Airport, or otherwise, Company hereby consents agrees to consent to such amendments, modifications, revisions, supplements, or deletions of any and all such modifications and changes of the terms, conditions, or requirements of this Ground Lease as may be reasonably required.
