Common use of Right to Audit Books and Records Clause in Contracts

Right to Audit Books and Records. CITY shall have the right to audit the books and records ofthe OWNER used in generating the reports listed in Article VI(A) above. CITY shall notify the OWNER in advance in writing oftheir intent to audit in order to allow the OWNER, as applicable, adequate time to make such books and records available (in no event shall the OWNER, as applicable, have less than five (5) business in order to make such books and records available).
