Right to be informed. 13.3.1. All parties will ensure that individuals are notified of the data sharing and use of the data via their organisations privacy notices made available to individuals when they become known to the organisation. 13.3.2. All parties will ensure that they update their privacy notices to reflect the data sharing under this agreement and where applicable inform the data subject. 13.3.3.
