Right to Compensation for Assigned, Scheduled, and Worked Hours. An employee who reports to work as scheduled and is excused from duty for lack of work, or is specifically directed by the employee’s supervisor or manager not to report to work, will be paid at the employee’s regular rate for the hours the employee was scheduled to work.
