Right to Conduct an Investigation. The College reserves the right to conduct an investigation into any allegation of misconduct or any alleged violation of this Agreement or any Board Policies, the College’s rules, regulations, and administrative policies, state and federal law, and professional ethics. All faculty members are required to cooperate with the College’s investigation.
